SAIS - Student Accommodation and Information Service (former Erasmus Centre) was arranged thanks to an agreement between the CEUR Foundation and the University of Bologna to help all international exchange students (Socrates, Tempus, Leonardo, and other institutional exchanges) find accommodation in Bologna, and give them practical information regarding their stay in Bologna (registration, residence permit, opening a bank account, etc.)

This website thoroughly describes the accomodation services offered by Sais (concerning both private sector and student residence accommodation) and the procedures necessary to make the accommodation search easier.
